HometownRx has the ability to produce Member ID Cards for you or you can print your own. Our standard cards are produced and shipped or delivered within 48 hours of the receipt of the card request or member changes causing a card request.
We provide two cards per family, one per individual are provided with the the initial/first set of cards at no charge, provided the plan chooses our standard card. All cards printed after the initial set will be $1.00 per card.
Additionally we can produce non-standard cards. Non-Standard cards are defined as cards which include color logos, special mailing considerations, or other cards not associated with the member's identification for pharmacy plan coverage. Using advanced digital technology we can create plastic cards that are attractive as well as affordable.
